This Vintage SUPERIORSONIC Radio was produced by Supersonic Trading Co., LTD., during the late 1960s and 1970s. The oversized dotted speaker grill makes this radio look so mod with its white plastic case. And did I mention that numerous channels come in loudly and clearly on this little workhorse of a radio.
I’ll mention this again: these radios are all collectible because of their place in both the music industry and in the electronics production industry. Before the iPod, there were these radios. They took over the prior technology of “tube radios”. These little radios tend to hold their values over the long period of time because they not only are historical, they’re so varied in design, and just plain cute.
