Beautiful vintage Otagiri lacquerware Bird of Paradise note pad with lovely and vibrant floral scene on black background, in its original box. Inside is a ballpoint pen and two places to put your notepad, stationery, or envelopes, or whatever. Vinyl inside, and in great vintage condition with no issues, just some expected minor wear to the cardboard box. There's also a small area of what looks like remnant from a sticker on back of note pad holder. Marked on back and on the box. Note pad holder measures 8 1/2 high and 6 wide.
