American made, more than likely be hand. All red white and blue with glitter flakes & cut out type graphics throughout. Displays really cool in the light!
Good vintage condition! I haven't noticed any significant damage except maybe some small marks on the top black coat but it doesn't take away from it's look
You can replace the frame easily if it feels loose to you (to me it does but only at the corners/ or i need to hammer the prongs in tighter) so if you do, you will see the edging underneath that looks like flawed paint chipping but is to be expected due to age + friction etc (1st photo, right side).
