Definitely a postwar M1. Rear seam. Swivel bales. Seems it had been nicely repainted for reenactment purposes. Paint is in the right O.D. color and still retains the anti reflective rough sand texture . Truly 1 piece for reenactments or for dislay.. Steel pot is intact.Small , almost not noticeable dent on steel pot and 2 fine stress hairline cracks at rear where white strip is. Liner is intact. Kindly refer to photos for more details.
