Item is in good condition considering its age. It looks like the previous owner reinforced one of the folds with clear packing tape, looks to be well done not sure if it's completely split or just reinforced. Most of the original stickers look to be in good condition minor peeling as expected. Item is complete with the exception of two crossing signs + 2 Advertising Signs. But does include the depicted train accessories not included with the original set. This item has a lot of playability and versatility as any Thomas the Train item will work for this play set.
