This clock is in working condition it's powered by batteries. The borrow meter I'm not sure if it's working or if it's supposed to be for display. We've had this clock for many years, it wood with gold on the corner. It's a rectangle shape, it does have some scuffs from the years of having it. But it's a very nice vintage clock
