-it powers on and will play a game but the screen is almost completely white and it is nearly impossible to see anything. console is in good shape overall with some scuffs and scrapes and the screen has a lot of scratches. volume wheel and brightness wheel both work and spin without issue. no buttons stick. console only, nothing else
