This is a large cushion, or body pillow, from Bourbon Petit.
It's probably from over 10 years ago.
My rough measurements are:
Width: 40cm
Length: 125cm
Thickness: 13cm
It's likely not something that was sold to the public. It might have been a prize from a contest, or a display item for a store or a manufacturer event.
My family says they don't know the details.
It's definitely a very rare and unique item. I couldn't find any information about it online.

It's pretty big, lol.
I plan to fold it for shipping.
If you had this in your room, your friends and significant other would be surprised. They'd be like, Why do you have this?! (lol)
It's a great item for a quirky collection. It could also be used as a regular body pillow or cushion.
