This is a color variation of the mesh tank top that appeared on the SS18 runway from per gotesson, based in London.
It's officially called the string tea vest and can be layered over a T-shirt.
The length is slightly longer and it has stretch, so it can be layered under tops to add variation to your styling.
The color is khaki, hand-dyed, and you can enjoy the fading.
It's in excellent condition as it has been worn very little (only 3 times for short periods).
It's also available in Japan at stores like gr8, ZSC, and mukta.
