Tower is in like new condition. It does include brand new batteries. The Pups and vehicles are all new. This is a complete set that would make an amazing gift. The tower does light up and says different phrases. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. This would make any toddler so happy especially all the light up features.
Some of the vehicles are hard to find. You don't have to worry about looking and stressing to find all the complete pieces. The tower is as tall as a toddler which makes it so much more exciting!
