Panasonic 6 transistor Radio Phono Model SG-350. No power cord but Radio does work with 6 D batteries. Not sure with the Phono part of it. In excellent conditon. No scratches or dings on the unit-this model appears to have been made around 1968 and 57 years later radio part turns right on-built to last. Have video of radio working on
