NECA 2004 Original Saw Billy the Puppet 12 Figure with NO sound.
This is the version that had varying instructions during manufacturing, where some were assembled with sound and others were not. Unfortunately, this figure was assembled without the voice box and has locked bush buttons. Thus, it does NOT have sound. Please see similar issue noted by someone else in the youtube video below and review their comment section for other testimonials.
