Good condition. Everything is included that is in the pictures. The bathtub that originally goes with it we lost so I replaced it with another one that we had. I included a variety of minnie characters for hours and hours of fun play time. This set would make a great for any minnie mouse lover. We are a smoke free and pet free home. Thank u for looking.
