Malachite is a secondary copper mineral with a widely variable habit. Malachite forms bright green, crystals deeper shades of green, even very dark to nearly black clusters.
Hardness: 3.5-4
Fluorite is found as gangue in hydrothermal veins, greisens, granites, pegmatites, marbles and other metamorphic rocks. Fluorite forms purple, lilac, golden-yellow, green, colorless, blue, pink, champagne or brown.

Barite is found as gangue in metallic ore deposits of epithermal or mesothermal origin; also as lenses or replacement deposits in sedimentary rocks. Baryte forms colorless, white, yellow, brown, grey, blue, etc, thick to thin tabular crystals, usually in clusters.
