Used!!! There is No Ripping but it has some stains on the bottom of the sleeves, see pictures!! It Is size 10. The measurements laid flat is from armpit to armpit is 17 inches, from shoulder to bottom of the sleeve is 24 inches, and from shoulder to bottom of the Jacket is 19.75 inches.
