Waterproof L.L. Bean Field Jacket with removable
Lining made out of WOOL. LL Bean no longer makes the wool lined version of their very famous coat. Instead, they now use cotton or polyester for the lining. As such, Field jackets with removable wool lining are hard to come by.
(Even the regular Field Jackets are sold out on LL Bean's website and in most stores.)
There are two versions of the Field Jacket design: removable lining or sewn-in. The Removable lining version costs considerably more than the sewn-in, as it allows for the jacket to be worn in all types of weather.
Outer jacket is made with two-ply 10 oz. cotton canvas with water- and stain-resistant treatment. Collar & cuffs: 100% cotton 16-wale corduroy. Underarm gussets and bi-swing shoulders allow easy movement. Several large pockets hold essentials.
Smoke free, pet free home. Size Large, seems to run big. I measured length 32 and waist 21.5 (when lying flat, not circumference) Any questions just ask!
