This is an extremely rare collectors edition Barbie. It is a Kate Spade doll. Produced in 2003. Style B2513.
It is new, in box. There is some wear on the exterior box from age and storage. You can see photos attached. The plastic panel is not present but I don’t believe it came with one because I purchased it from original release. The dog is loose because the elastics grow fragile with age.
