I have worn these about five times.
They got dirty once and I only washed them with water.
Since I intended to grow them, I haven’t washed them since.
If requested after purchase, I can wash them again before shipping.

Without a doubt, our favorite is the versatile Lean Dean in a crisp dry black comfort stretch selvedge denim. This 12.75 oz denim pairs well with Dean's slim fit. The starch in the denim creates a crisp feel, and importantly, when worn, the jeans develop distinct creases, creating contrasting whiskers and honeycombs. The denim itself is woven with pre-dyed yarn on an old-school shuttle loom. The shuttle loom weaves the yarn into selvedge denim, keeping the core of the yarn white due to yarn dyeing, which makes the weave beautifully fade. This reflects a slow process reminiscent of vintage denim manufacturing methods. The finished denim features a clear twill structure, well-balanced with slight slub characteristics, becoming more prominent in a perfectly imperfect way through wear and washing. Like all our dry denims, we recommend wearing them daily for at least six months before the first wash to achieve that contrasting fade. Of course, this is just a recommendation.
