UPDATE:
Originally locked with ATT. I've had it Unlocked and Reset. When setting up the phone DO NOT RESET the phone or it will undo the unlock. JUST SIGN-IN to icloud through the phone (don't Bluetooth transfer or download from computer). If you don't have an icloud, you will need to create one. You can put this phone on any carrier EXCEPT ATT or those with ATT (so no Cricket, Straight Talk Wireless, Pure TalkUSA, H2O Wireless, Tracfone, or Red Pocket Mobile)
