A recent trip to an antique store in Oklahoma brought this Bolo to my attention. Although not antique the craftsmanship is exceptional. It appears the medallion was created using the “2 needle” method while the tips of the bolo are made using the Peyote stitch. The beadwork is beautiful. The tiny glass beads create an intricate traditional design.
The medallion measures approximately 3” in diameter.
The Peyote stitch tips measure approximately 5”.
