This is a genuine official Guinness hat. It is made by Guinness Company. It does say made in China on the tag, but purchased in Ireland. Has been in storage for quite some time. This hat is a very rare find! As you can see it is never been worn tags are still on it. It’s in great condition however has been in storage so the tag has some wear on it. The hat is meant to look a little rustic so the stitching is funky. Measurements are in the photographs. Definitely meant for a smaller had adults/youth. The interior lining is very pretty has a nice design. This comes from a smoke/pet free home please do ask questions if you have any. Thank you
