This item is in fair condition. The arm moving to the top hat does not move but it does try slightly. It has minor stains to the mouth and hat which are in the photos. It does not include the original power supply but it does function with the battery option. There is slight corrosion to the battery ports which is in the photos. It does still power on and sing/dance.
