I don't see a size on the belt. It should be a size 40 belt by measuring from the loop to the middle hole.
Overall measurements 45.5 long from end to end, belt loop end to belt holes first hole 37.5 - last hole 42.5. Meaning this should be a size 40 belt.
Belt looks to be lightly used and in really nice condition for being 30 years old.
