Everything that is pictured will come with it. It is in like new condition. It’s roughly about 4 years old, but since works incredibly well. Some of the vinyl is new and hasn’t been opened. The two rolls of the longer vinyl have been cut down to fit into this machine. It does come with a brand new blade.
