This is a Cleo Scribent fountain pen, Classic Palladium White CT, with an F nib, 14k gold nib, made in Germany.
It is in near-mint condition, but there are slight scratches on the outer box due to home storage.
The nib is 14k gold and provides a smooth writing experience.
It is a piston-filling pen, and as shown in the 6th picture, the rotating part is exposed when the cap is removed, and ink can be filled by rotating it. It has been adjusted at a store, so the flow is quite good.
