This is a very rare BOSE portable CD player, the PM-1.
I have taken great care of it.
It was in excellent condition with no stickiness or major scratches, but a few days ago, I accidentally connected it to an adapter from another manufacturer. I usually use two AA batteries and it has always worked perfectly, but I think it shorted out.
Now, it displays No Disc and the CD player is not working.
The CD is spinning when I press the start button, so I don't think it's a major problem.
Other switches, like the volume, work while it's on.
Someone who is familiar with electronics or BOSE products might be able to fix it.
I don't want to let it go, but I'm offering it to someone who is looking for the rare PM-1.
