Metal and Crystal
This piece is vintage decor- I have seen it called a lamp but not sure how it would light up. It is a gorgeous and very detailed piece. I believe the metal is a brass. There is a Cherub face under the lip of the spout and what looks like a dragon on the handle. The crystal is in great shape- no chips or cracks.
