hitosan Oligosaccharide is a mixture of oligomers of D-glucosamine. It is the only known positively charged alkaline amino oligosaccharide which is derived from rich marine biological resources (shrimp & crab shells) with enzymatic degradation. Its degree of polymerization is 2-10 with molecular weight average 2,000.
