In good condition. Some scuffing and what appears to be a superficial crack or perhaps a scratch. When I run my finger or nail across it, I don’t feel any deviation on the back of the plastic shade. These old lamps need to have the ballast warm up before they turn on. I have had this one lit and working, but today for the photos the fluorescent bulb burned out, but 90% sure it’s in good working order. This is the type of bulb this lamp uses in the last photo.
