Collector's edition guide for one of the greatest games! Guide is in good condition overall with some small cosmetic flaws. There is some kind of small tape residue on the bottom front that I can't seem to get off. It's only noticeable in certain lighting conditions. There are also some dings and scratches around the outside (see pictures). Pages, spine and overall condition are all good!
