Mid Century 1940’s Shawnee Pottery Winking Owl Cookie Jar. • Rare Coloring with Gold Trim • USA • Hand Painted. Has a glazing flaw on front left. Pictured. 2 small chips on inside rim of bottom part but both are covered by the lid. Overall excellent piece. This piece is rare because of the gold nose and gold talons! I’ve seen many of these but I truly think I have one of the best painted jars!
