Compared to the regular Tammy, she has a slimmer build and a more mature look.
Her hair appears to be uncut.
Upon closer inspection, there are scratches on both hands, and the right index finger is missing the nail (image ⑤).
The shoes are original but discolored and damaged (they are hard and loose on the feet).
The dress is an original for Misty, and the fabric may have shrunk slightly, making it difficult to put on (image ⑨).
